PAVR provides asphalt paving, sealcoating, repair, and related services for residential, commercial, and municipal properties. The scope of any project is defined in the written estimate or agreement we provide to you.

Estimates & Quotes

Estimates are based on the information available at the time of assessment, including site conditions and measurements. Final pricing may change if the scope of work, site conditions, or material costs differ from what was assessed. We will communicate any material changes before proceeding.

Scheduling & Site Access

Paving work depends on weather and site readiness. You agree to provide safe, clear access to the work area, and to remove vehicles and obstacles as requested. We may reschedule work due to weather or conditions that affect quality or safety.

Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the work. Deposits may be required for larger projects. Late payments may be subject to reasonable fees.

• Accepted payment methods and any deposit requirements are stated in your estimate.

• Additional work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately before it begins.

Warranties

We stand behind our workmanship. Any warranty on materials or labor is described in your written agreement. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, extreme weather, or normal wear and tear.

Cancellations & Delays

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as early as possible. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, supply shortages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PAVR is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the services in question.
